Order Operations

• Run daily order to cash operational activities

• Customers management including enquiries, orders, payments, and all customer services related areas to follow up to closure

• SAP Ordering Process and close collaboration with Global Operations team to ensure efficient operation between distribution and customers

• Compliance to company policies and requirements

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Operational Excellence

• Collaborate closely with APAC order operations team to optimize operations process, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction across the region

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

• Drive Japan Order Operations KPI, tools and processes with metric owner

• Represent region in global transformation projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope

Qualifications

• Proficient in Japanese & English and excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in Customer Service/ order management/ logistics

• Basic knowledge and experience of the sales operations function

• Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial and ERP systems (e.g. SAP is preferred, AO, Salesforce)

• Proven track record of successfully cross functional teamwork and ability to manage through influence

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills showing ability to accelerate change and work in a rapidly changing environment

• Must be a motivated self-starter with a desire to lead through action

• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision in a pace environment
