West Monroe is looking for a Technical Writer to join the Technology Learning & Enablement team within the Information & Collaboration Technology (ICT) department. The goal of our team is to improve employee performance and business results through supporting learning of the software and technology at West Monroe. We are currently building the foundation of our long-term plan by developing how-to articles for the key job tasks users perform in the core software and technology at West Monroe. This position will play a critical role in helping in the development of these articles. As the team reaches a solid foundation of the how-to articles, we look to expand our educational offerings by designing and developing educational videos, instructor-led training courses, e-learning courses, and other learning artifacts.
