■仕事概要
プロダクトエンジニアは、当社の半導体メモリ製品担当として、その製品の製造プロセスフローを管理し、製品の立ち上げ業務（プロセスフロー構築、スケジュール管理）と品質向上、歩留り改善に従事して頂きます。
■具体的には
製品の電気特性、デバイス形状を評価し製造プロセスフローの改善や、製造工程内で蓄積されるビッグデータを活用し、歩留り改善や品質改善業務を担当します。新製品立ち上げ全般に携わって頂きます。下記のような業務が担当範囲となります。
・デバイス形状を作るためのフロー構築準備
・Inline測定によるプロセス評価
・電気特性評価
・工程変更評価
・歩留り改善活動
・信頼性改善活動
・コスト低減活動
・スケジュール管理
■仕事の魅力
インテグレーションエンジニアは、製品を構成するプロセスモジュールの【モジュール担当】であるのに対し、プロダクトエンジニアは、【製品担当】となります。そのため、メモリデバイス製品全体に関わることができることが魅力の一つです。
