Job Description

• Lead and manage team through managing timelines, risks, and issues, and taking corrective measurements.
• Essential duties as stated but not limited for site services such as janitorial, hostel, transportation, caterer/canteen, pest control, landscaping, office supply, building maintenance, waste management, event arrangement and project management.
• Manage communication with all stakeholders by working closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Plan & develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with KPI owners to align and rationalize roadmaps ensuring consistent strategy and execution.
• Monitor overall quality/engineering KPI performance and support quality team/KPI owners to address gaps vs plan.
• Coordinate and involve in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301 and other local/global standards or certification improvement activities and work closely with Safety Officer (EHS) in ensuring safety work practice is enhanced in the company.
• Other work assignments from the department when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with site services management experience).
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of MS Project.
