Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Control Inventory Performance to meet within +/- 5% Entitlement, Control inventory Aging, EOL/Obsolete inventory disposition.  Inventory transaction issue, Process flow, and Inventory process improvement
  • Support MPS demand with supply on time, eval build plan - Material availability, scheduling, Inventory holding, and Transaction flow
  • Call bi-Weekly EERT meetings to expedite the EOL/Obsolete inventory clearance, minimize scrap exposure, Do at least 2x cycle count per program on programs that EOL within the current Quarter, and purge out the EOL program's unique part number inventory from locations (follow EERT direction) on time. If the EOL exposure is greater than the cost delta of material cost between programs targets $150k per program
  • Weekly Inventory entitlement within  +/- 5% against actual KPI DOI (Excluded Dev Inventory) for HDD/ HSA Operation and THO/FRE/PHO Head operation
  • Meeting Qtrly Inventory turns defined at beginning of Quarter, 98% Accuracy on Weekly Receipt Forecast & maintain Wk7 onwards build payment term in Qtr
  • Meet 80% recycle component utilization on weekly basis except for non-movable programs, hold less than $8Mil inventory weekly & $7M at quarter end
  • Meet 99% Inventory Accuracy for Plant Wide PI with +/-2 % identified root cause of variance, and with 90% absolute variance more focus on taking up a leadership role on Plant wide PI, handle and set-up PI activities to ensure PI process smoothly Leading to work with respective inventory owner to investigate the cause and preventive actions on the PI variance result

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field or a Master's Degree is a plus
  • At least 3-5 years in manager level or people management level in Supply Chain or related field
  • Have knowledge of Concept of MRP, Production cycle, Purchasing cycle, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of Laws and regulations that pertain to the procurement of these requirements as they pertain to the delivery and usage of the specified item at the required location of use
  • Concept of ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and 45001

SKILLS:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • ERP Oracle Cloud
  • Able to operate PC, use MS- Office, ERP system
  • Coordination skills
  • Communication skills
