Job Description

·         Responsible for Wafer Prober, Tester, Cherry Pick, Wafer Saw/Cut, Wafer Taping & Backgrind

·         Lead a team of engineer and technician to initiative project with innovative solution to improve the capability & functionality of Equipment as Technical lead.

·         Review team project progress and followup with team member action item

·         Lead Equipment Engineering team in Quality & Process Audit

·         Lead/Guide team on equipment incurred Quality Incident Investigation & provide CAPA

·         Lead/Guide team in new Installation, Buyoff & Qualification

·         Supporting the HOD to meet the Department Goal

·         Responsible for equipment related document release & update (WI, FMEA, Checklist, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guide)

·         Advise Sustaining team on equipment Troubleshoot & repair matters

·         Lead/Guide team to resolve equipment hard down

·         Responsible for team engineer hiring

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

·         Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic.

·         5+ years of equipment engineering experience in manufacturing industry.

·         Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

·         Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data.             

·         Able to do presentation to a big group of employees.

·         Well verse in DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis tool.

PREFERRED:

·         Familiarity in computer system & computer network.

·         Able to work independently without supervision.

·         Have a good interpersonal skill.

·         Knowledgeable and experience on handling and managing wafer probe test machine, i.e. Cellcia/+ tester; WHS T5833

·         Experience working with key suppliers, i.e. TEL, Advantest, Accretech

·         Experience in Wafer Probing, Die Prep.

SKILLS:

·         Knowledge in Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical).

·         Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component.

·         Able to operate Windows OS, MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
