West Monroe is seeking interns to join our Product Experience & Engineering Lab (PXEL) Practice. We create industry leading strategies for the digital age – and we imagine, design and build lovable products and experiences to make those strategies real.​ Our approach centers around people, and we work closely with our clients to solve their most complex challenges by building holistic strategies, services, experiences, and products people love.

As a PXEL intern, you’ll work collaboratively within our dedicated cross-discipline teams to create flexible solutions that solve both user needs and business problems, and design digital experiences that form a connection, not just a transaction. You’ll help elevate the quality of work we deliver to clients and contribute to the improvement of our approach and process. This position requires a strong understanding of visual design principles and digital product design best-practices, with a high degree of collaboration and autonomy.

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree, expected to graduate between Dec 2024 - Jul 2025
  • Intern candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (https://e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.) 
  • Cumulative GPA of https://3.0  
  • Interns must live within 100 miles of their office throughout their internship. Our culture emphasizes team collaboration and a hybrid work model
  • Ability to travel Monday – Thursday (weekly) up to 50%. West Monroe covers travel expenses
