    We are looking for a US Benefits Specialist SME to join our team at our East Brunswick, NJ location. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing employee benefit programs in compliance with state and federal regulations. The role requires a deep understanding of the various benefit options available to employees in the United States, as well as the laws and regulations that govern them. The ideal candidate will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to the HR team and employees regarding their benefits packages. Develop and implement employee benefit programs in compliance with state and federal regulations

    • Provide expert advice and guidance to the HR team and employees regarding benefits packages

    • Analyze and recommend improvements to current benefit programs, ensuring that they are competitive and cost-effective

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in employee benefits

    • Conduct benefits training sessions for HR staff and employees

    • Maintain accurate records and ensure that all benefit plans are properly administered

    • Work with external vendors and carriers to ensure the successful delivery of employee benefits

    • Assist with the preparation of annual reports and audits related to employee benefits

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

    • 5+ years of experience in US benefits design and administration

    • In-depth knowledge of US benefits regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
