Position summary
Windchill Business Analyst:
Location: Santa Clare, CA
Job responsibilities will include:
- L1 Level Production operations support in Product Data Management in Windchill PLM.
- Experience on Windchill PLM functionality & navigation on Part & BOM Management, Engineering Change Management, Document management, Publishing.
- Main activities include
- Filing DAs (Deviation Authorization), ensuring all fields are properly populated and sensible, driving approval flow with urgency
- Filing ECOs (Engineering Change Order), ensuring all fields are properly populated and sensible, driving approval flow with urgency
- Managing BOMs (Bill of Material), making changes, creating new BOMs, retiring old BOMs, driving change management
- Documenting the Business process / SOPs for the process followed
- Interacting with Nvidia Engineers on the day to day work over emails, voice calls and having good communication skills (verbal / written)
