Oracle CRM Business Analyst

Should have 8+ years of Business Analyst with strong working experience in Oracle CRM modules (Service Agreements and Install Base)
Ensure Requirements, Capabilities, features, and user stories are defined and reviewed.
Identify and communicate dependencies to upstream cross functional teams, ability to effectively conduct meetings and presentations.
Document business process solutions and
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to have Cisco Services domain knowledge.
