Position summary
Role - Cloud & DevOps Transformation Leader
The opporunity is for a Tranformation Leader who will lead cloud deals supporting enterprise clients, supporting customer engagements, technical strategy and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive large cloud transformation engagements for clients
- Act as thought leader in creating and presenting solutions in client contexts and industry forums
- Drive solution innovation by proactively identifying solution creation opportunities based on understanding of domain and technology trends
- Should own the solutions end to end including SOW closures
- Should contribute to pipeline creation by creating campaigns with hyperscalers.
- Should create packaged consulting offers to generate demand in existing accounts.
- Provide practice oversight in critical cloud programs.
- Ability to manage diverse and senior team members.
- Should be trained and certified on cloud technologies.
Requirements:
- Large enterprise IT strategy and transformation background; minimum of 10 years overall, with at least 5 years encompassing delivering complex technology/cloud transformation programs.
- Experienced in IT Business Transformation, System Integration Programs, digital transformation and cloud transformation
- Previous experience as a solutions architect, with Technology and Sales knowledge in cloud/distributed architecture
- Should have previous experience of solutioning in various domains (public/private/ hybrid Cloud, Micro-service/Container architecture, systems and storage, virtualization, IP networking, platforms and application management)
- Experience and skillsets in AWS/Azure/Google cloud architecture, design, cloud migrations, devops, cloud operations
- Proven experience in leading/architecting solutions for multi-tower IT/digital transformation programs
- Proven experience in leading architecture for these programs during execution cycle and the pursuit cycle
- Should have managed cross functional disciplines to deliver outcomes
- Excellent knowledge of change management principles in context of Technology and how it enables business capabilities required to meet success criteria
- Clear and influential in both written and verbal communication
- Collaborative, detail-oriented and big-picture thinker
