Nordics is one of the fastest growing regions within Wipro. We are looking for a Presales and GTM lead to drive growth within the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Works with the GAEs and leadership to define our strategy to expand our service portfolio.
Drives deal pursuits end to end – has overall accountability for deal pursuits.
Qualifies the pursuit along with the leadership.
Assembles the right teams from across Wipro competencies.
Plans the pursuit in detail, secures agreement from all stakeholders and executes the plan.
Thinks through and executes the win strategy and pricing strategy and establishes the messaging to win deals.
Leads a deal through all stages – RFI, RFP, Due Diligence, etc until it is closed.
Creates proactive opportunities across our account landscape apart from leading RFx pursuits.
Plans and manages strategic client visits.
Collaborates with the rest of the team to exchange best practices and learnings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Competencies & Required Qualifications:
Strong experience and expertise in at least one of BFSI / Manufacturing / ENU / Consumer / Retail domains.
Experience in solutioning for and enabling sales of IT/ITES
Minimum of 7 years' experience, 2+ years in relevant roles
MBA from Tier 1 and 2 B-Schools preferred
Strong project management skills
Must have creative mindset towards articulating the solution via presentations and demonstrations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
