Role: Managing Consultant – DevOps and New Ways of working
Enterprise IT has been undergoing a change at a frenzied pace and it has not been in any one area of IT, but the change is seen in all aspects if IT which includes but is not limited to applications, platforms, architecture, infrastructure, software development methodologies, vendor landscape, outsourcing, etc. This has resulted into a demand for a new type of consulting talent from our clients, i.e. consultant with an “X-shaped” talent profile (in other words cross-skilled consultant), who has the appreciation and understanding of all of the above areas, has a growth mindset, and a track record of transforming the DevOps for enterprise IT clients, from the one focused on and enamored by adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, Cloud, SAFe and other similar practices and frameworks, to the one focused on improving the overall flow of value.

The ideal candidate will understand exactly how new-age Application Management Services must transform to the one focused on FLOW by identifying and removing waste in the software development lifecycle and enabling business and IT teams to deliver quickly and continuously while maintaining sustainable pace and quality. S/he must fully appreciate what undergoing such a transformation journey means for both business and IT owners. S/he must have the ability to lead a skeptical customer(s) through such engagements from sales through delivery of outcomes. This will require collaborating with both business and technology executives in shaping and delivering their highly visible, highly impactful transformation engagements that will change their status quo in a significant way.
This individual will be confident and comfortable with challenging their peers in the team to continuously improve processes and ways of working. S/he will be equally as comfortable working with our clients, supporting go-to-market and delivery activities, from identifying and leading sales opportunities, to leading the execution of our key programs. S/he will also balance consulting expertise with technical content, operational know-how, and commercial acumen.
