ServiceNow Engagement Partner - Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Security Operations

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow EP to join our ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations practice to support expansion of service offerings in Nordics, from a pre-sales and delivery perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance and/or Security Operations, as well as experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. While collaborating with customers, partners, and the wider Wipro delivery team, the right candidate will create and communicate high-level presentations, statements of works, and strategies that are both written and verbal, to audiences up to and including the CIO/CTO/CISO level. This individual will be able to elegantly articulate the advantages of ServiceNow being built on a single cloud platform consisting of a single user interface, one code base, and one data model as the core for realizing value for Risk and Security processes. The candidate will also lead and participate in the delivery of demonstrations, workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities to deliver value and then translate them into solutions from ServiceNow
• Understand the business strategy of the customer and articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to their organization, seamlessly integrating into their current and future technology landscape
• Facilitate architecture and design discussions to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets the needs of strategic customers, including Risk and Security Operations solutions
• Build and deliver customer specific demonstrations to confirm ServiceNow capabilities and functionality meet future state goals
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements
• Provide input and guidance on project scoping and staffing requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay current with new developments in the ServiceNow platform and apply that knowledge to client solutions
• Maintain relationships with ServiceNow Solution Consultants working within the assigned region
• Be a technical delivery leader, ensuring in-region delivery excellence, aligned to Wipro global practice expectations
• Participate in sales pursuits through discovery and scoping sessions, solution demonstrations, reviewing client business/functional/technical requirements, and supporting proposal creation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture, with at least 2 years of focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance and/or Security Operations solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including experience with custom development, integrations, and workflows
• Strong understanding of security and compliance regulations and best practices
• Experience leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more of the following:
  • Risk and Compliance
  • Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
  • Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Experience working in a consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications
• Experience in working with an integrated global practice
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
