    Position summary

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide overall support to department leads. Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks and other related duties and assignments as directed:   

    • General administrative duties including but not limited to: calendar management, answering phones, scheduling meetings/conference/video calls, travel coordination/logistics, and booking domestic/international travel
    • Responsible for internal and external correspondence, processing expense reports and invoices
    • Manage announcements
    • Create and maintain department Google Drive
    • Maintain list of active contracts
    • Maintain Department calendar of events and vacations
    • Assist with Special Projects
    • Provide a trustworthy relationship with different departments & be reliable
    • Coordinating prep materials for meetings
    • Provide backup administrative support for team support staff
    • Serve as a liaison with other departments and outside organizations
    • Conducting research on timely requests and maintain a general awareness of the WWE brand
    • Performing other job-related duties and projects as assigned

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and, Excel)
    • Ability to analyze data, research information, and problem solve in a timely manner
    • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • The ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
    • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
    • Need to work late as needed
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
    • The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, adaptable, and collaborative.
