Assistant Digital Content Coordinator
WWE is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-orientated Assistant Digital Content Coordinator to support WWE’s YouTube channels. This position will handle daily publishing and optimization of videos across all branded channels. In addition to video publishing this role will focus heavily on day-to-day content protection (claims) within YouTube’s backend. The ideal candidate would be driven to learn and succeed within YouTube’s environment and WWE. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, initiative, and the versatility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Publish and curate WWE video content across regions/languages on YouTube:
Review and assign meta-data
Coordinate and apply thumbnail images
Optimize promotional links via cards/descriptions/end screens
Organize videos into playlists and channel page promotion
Focus on content protection procedures on YouTube, including content ID video claiming:
Manage manual actions within YT’s CMS
Search for WWE’s IP on platform
Work independently during show coverage
Carry out on-call duties
Qualifications:
1-2 years of related experience
Must be able to work non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends
The candidate should be comfortable working within tight deadlines, must be able to multitask and demonstrate excellent time management
Interest in gaining experience within YouTube’s content manager system to create and manage claims against user uploaded content
Knowledge of WWE TV shows, talent, and history a plus
Ability to perform generic copy/grammar review
Sense of web video content and popular trends
Social media awareness
