WWE has an exciting opportunity for a full time Support Technician to join the Enterprise Technology team based in Los Angeles, CA!
The primary role of the Support Technician is to provide level-1 and level-2 support for the WWE Technology environment. This includes the administration and support of both hardware and software as it relates to Enterprise Technology, maintaining and managing client/server applications and desktop-based operating systems deployed within the company.
This position primarily works onsite, Monday to Friday, in WWE’s Los Angeles office.

Qualifications:
College diploma or university degree, preferably in Computer Science and/or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
A+ and/or Network+ industry certification
Microsoft Certification - MCP or MCSA a plus
Apple Certification - ACMT a plus
Experience with Microsoft Windows and associated hardware
Experience with macOS and Apple hardware
Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and client applications
Experience supporting iPhone/iPad devices with Mobile Device Management (VMWare Workspace One or Microsoft Intune)
Able to think out of the box, stay calm, and provide immediate solutions in high-pressure environments with executive leadership visibility.
Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Able to present technical ideas in professional and user-friendly language
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong customer service orientation
Able to lift and transport moderately heavy objects/equipment, such as computers and peripherals
Experience with Cloud storage and collaboration applications (Google Workspace, Box, etc.) a plus
Experience with Single Sign-On platforms and Two-Factor Authentication a plus
Experience with ServiceNow and/or another ticketing system
Experience with Web Meetings and UCaaS (Zoom, Hangouts Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.) a plus.
Experience with Windows Imaging solutions (SCCM or Microsoft Autopilot) a plus
