    Position summary

    WWE is seeking an industrious and reliable administrative professional to support the VP, Global Real Estate & Facilities, and the day-to-day operations of WWE's Facilities team!

    As a publicly traded media organization with one of the most followed and influential brands in the world, WWE consists of a portfolio of businesses that create and deliver original content 52 weeks per year to a global audience. The Facilities Administrative Assistant position is a special opportunity for a highly organized and detailed professional to interact cross-functionally and to contribute to the fulfillment of WWE's property strategy and space planning initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Swift completion of administrative duties such as: calendar management, scheduling of and preparation for meetings, conferences and video calls, arrangement of travel logistics (including booking domestic and international travel), and processing expense reports and invoices

    • Serving as a key communication liaison and collaborator with WWE internal departments and outside organizations while maintaining awareness of the WWE brand

    • Fulfilling requests in a timely manner, including continuous upkeep, performing research and data analysis, coordination of Facilities tasks, and ensuring accuracy and proper communication

    • Maintaining efficient documentation of key information for the department, such as active contractual agreements

    • Assisting in special projects that contribute to critical initiatives for the Facilities Department

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Three (3) or more years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

    • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite systems (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)

    • Ability to prioritize and respond to requests

    • Full-time onsite out of our WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT and after-hours as needed to support business operations

    • Team-oriented approach, and outstanding interpersonal skills that can flex to the business needs of a diverse range of partners
