Innovation Center Ambassador

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of office management experience of managing similar sized facility (within IT industry a big plus).
• Marketing and event planning experience preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; adept independent problem-solving skills with focus on efficient, quick and consistent execution.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is a must.
• Ability to multitask effectively and accommodate requests with the utmost courtesy.
• Energetic, Friendly, Positive, and Personable.
• Must be in the office Monday -- Friday from 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM
