    Position summary

    ommunicate that information to stakeholders with progress updates and metrics.

    • Proficient at researching, analyzing, and identifying requirements.

    • Demonstrates ability to clearly identify and explain what business value is.

    • Proficient at breaking down and organizing requirements and the relationship between business goals, product vision, and Epics/Capabilities/Features/Stories; must be clearly visible and aligned.

    Agile Knowledge

    • Can explain both agile and lean software development values and principles.

    • Can explain various ways to create features and user stories with documented acceptance criteria.

    Meeting Facilitation

    • Has effectively led meetings of 20 or more people.

    • Can illustrate examples of how to prepare for and run effective meetings.

    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and has a customer focused mindset.

    Desired Skills

    • Experience driving value of a product in support of Supply Chain or Financial Operations in the Procure to Pay (P2P) or Order to Cash (O2C) process es.

    • Experience as a Product Owner/Manager .

    • Experience creating Business Canvases and Value Propositions.

    • Ability to conduct and document gap analysis.

    • Exposure to Product Management responsibilities.

    • Experience creating user story maps.

    • Experience collaborating with other product owners and teams to prioritize and align dependencies.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree

    Work Experience

    • 3+ years' experience as a member of an Agile software development team

    • 3 + years' experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager

    • 3+ years' experience working directly with business stakeholders
