Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required
- A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in related field
- A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Requires at least 8 years of prior experience in supplier management, procurement or related role
- Proven track record of delivering results through process development and governance oversight
- Prior experience of successfully managing direct reports, preferably managing managers
- Advanced degree a plus

- Core functional/technical skills required include: Business partnership & consulting; contracting; multi-tasking and
prioritization; negotiation and influence; relationship management; systems thinking; technical
communication/presentation
- Additional functional/technical skills required include: Data analysis; supplier management skills; sourcing skills; category
knowledge; WWT knowledge; job specific software
- Basic understanding of technical subject matter inherent in hardware, software, and services supplier relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate through all levels of organization
- This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done
and deliver customer delight
- The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, thorough and accurate work on deadlines through
successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands
- Standard business hours are generally observed, with work from home schedules and flexibility on start/end times
- This role will be expected to work in an open-office environment with desk sharing/hoteling practices. Travel between
