    Position summary

    This individual will manage social campaigns across the full life cycle of a campaign - from awareness to demand generation deeply rooted in insights - guiding the social efforts for campaigns and cementing processes and operations to make the team more efficient and effective across Xperi, DTS and TiVo sub brands.     This person will ideally be based in Calabasas and will report into the Senior Director of Marketing.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute impactful social cross-platform content campaigns that create deep emotional connections with audiences at different stages of the sales cycle.

    • Drive organic and paid social content strategy to foster deeper conversation and earned media for Xperi, DTS, and TiVo.

    • Use social media marketing tools to monitor campaigns and analyze data Collaborate with brand teams to produce content experiences across social platforms.

    • Concept and produce social content aligned with brand strategies.

    • Manage social media planning, content ideation, and creation across various social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Amazon Display Ads, and more).

    • Co-manage the relationship with the media agency of record, overseeing US online media campaigns.

    • Work in lockstep with internal teams (content, publicity, social and creative marketing) to align on brand and campaign strategy and execution to deliver on KPIs

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of IP, programming, talent, key events, and the company's media and social product offerings.

    • Develop presentations that clearly communicate social marketing strategy and ideas.

    • Take responsibility for project timelines, program deadlines, and social budget management.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, events, new technologies, and unique opportunities.

    • Engage with customers and followers

    • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

    • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

    • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content owners

    Work Experience:

    • 5+ years professional experience in social media

    • Proven track recording creating social media strategies and launching successful integrated social campaigns across a variety of channels.

    • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Amazon Display Ads, YouTube and more

    • Experience managing external agencies/partners/talent, social/fan engagement programs, and digital content development without oversight.

    • Proven results building a social following across a variety of channels and using social to drive activation.

    • A proven and deep understanding of the social media landscape, platform standard methodologies and consumers' (social) media behaviors

    • Proficiency in social media management publishing and engagement standard methodologies

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and able to present campaign strategies and outcomes to key stakeholders including executives.

    • Ability to craft engaging content or work with content owners to influence its creation

    • Organized and able to multi-task

    Education:

    BA degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field or equivalent work experience Knowledge/Skills:

    • Understanding of social tools and content development processes.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, and collaborative working style - ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

    • Desire to learn new technologies and trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

    • Proficiency with major social platforms.

    • Knowledge of entertainment and tech is a plus.

    • Prior experience as a copywriter or content manager a plus

    The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $109,020 - $115,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
