Partner with IT teams and vendors before and after promotion launches to ensure systems and dealer portals function correctly. Quickly address issues as they arise, focusing on timely problem resolution, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsible for pricing uploads and corrections across all Protection Products portfolio segments, overseeing system implementation, continuous maintenance, and enhancements, including the development of pricing tables, templates, and dealer-facing price sheets
Manage the full product SKU process for the Protection Products portfolio, including adding new SKUs, maintaining existing ones, and removing products that are no longer active. Maintain an up-to-date Excel file shared across the data analytics team, system teams, and vendors. Work closely with vendors to ensure product information remains accurate and consistent
Leads training efforts for new product launches and ongoing support of existing products, supporting dealers, internal teams, and field sales. Responsible for developing training scripts, creating comprehensive training materials, and managing ongoing video production initiatives
Execute additional duties and assigned projects, demonstrating flexibility and strong cross-functional support.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
Min 3+ years of work experience
Proven background in delivering high quality customer service and resolving client issues effectively.
Prior experience working in results driven sales environment.
Experience supporting new vendor setup and ongoing vendor management.
Working knowledge of pricing strategies, including value based pricing, competitive pricing, and cost-plus pricing
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as required to support operational and business objectives.
Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, exhibiting superior time management
skills with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
Must possess strong communication skills.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
Preferably a passion for and knowledge of powersports, financial services and related products.
Familiarity with Protection Products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP, tire/wheel coverage, and prepaid maintenance, is a plus but not required.
