Position summary
xing solutions properly for fiberglass laminations
-
Learn and assist in trimming, grinding, sanding, buffing, and waxing molds
-
Learn and assist in repair and preparation of gel coated surfaces
-
Assist with any 5-S procedure
-
Accurate use of measuring tolls, rulers, squares, protractors, etc.

Maintain a clean workstation and inform supervisor of needed materials
-
Any other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have basic carpentry skills
- Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling for entire work shift
- Work overtime when required
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
- Ability to work in the heat with high humidity
- Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and fiberglass
- Use of air powered and electric hand and shop tools and machines
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Have good quality working habits and comply with all company policies
