What You Can Expect

In this position you will work in a successful, inspiring and international work environment with the possibility to grow and individual personal development. In your role as Commercial Excellence Analyst you will support and report to the DACH Commercial Excellence Lead in driving all commercial & sales force effectiveness standard operating mechanism and initiatives. You will contribute to strategic sales and marketing decisions and play a critical role in shaping and monitoring the commercial approach.

How You Create Impact

• Responsible for maintaining the DACH sales reports/ dashboards in a daily manner

• Support in optimizing market and customer segmentation and targeting approach

• Be the CRM (Salesforce.com) super-user and point of contact for local sales & marketing team on CRM

• Support on ad-hoc analytics needs related to sales force optimization, sales structural changes as well as GTM model

• Work with EMEA team to drive process and tool harmonization for all commercial excellence standard operating mechanism tasks

• Support in providing strategic viewpoints and actions to leadership team in driving changes and growth

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 3 years working with large datasets

• Firm understanding of medical device industry is a plus

• German language skills essential (fluent written and spoken)

• Strong written and verbal command of English

• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams

• Can do mind-set, self-driven, never satisfied - continuous improvement mindset

What Will Make You Successful

• Extensive knowledge of building tools/databases, dashboards, reports with Excel and other data systems

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required to work with a diverse group of people

• Creativity, critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

• Features an entrepreneur mind-set and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasks

• High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking/ consulting

• Good knowledge of digital systems such as Power BI, SAP, Salesforce.com

• Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis

• Deep understanding of IT systems, data warehousing and ETL

• Strong work ethic, going beyond what is asked for and applying own critical thinking

• Comfortable to chase country stakeholders to meet delivery dates
