    The ComEx – SFE team (Sales Force Effectiveness) is responsible to support markets with GTM and Sales Force Effectiveness as well as driving $ growth programs. This group plays a critical role in the company’s transformation into a data driven organization. 

    This role will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, creating algorithms that manage and organize information and writing applications that translate data and identify patterns focusing on EMEA commercial performance metrics. 

    How You Create Impact
    • SFE/SIP Dashboards / Reports:

    • Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics and opportunities for improving business processes and performance. Contribute to SFE internal meetings to ensure metrics are clearly understood and acted upon.

    • Create data visualizations, reports and dashboards of KPIs to be used by EMEA and local teams to measure commercial performance and instill a culture of analysis, learning and performance.

    • Monitor data analysis, sales tracking data and sales roles productivity to support recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales teams.

    • Perform data mining, exploration and analysis;

    • Design, train and implement machine learning algorithms;

    • Create automated anomaly detection

    • Sales Force Performance Management:

    • Support/build the ETL to Power BI for dashboards & KPIs from various sources (Varicent, SAP, Salesforce.com)

    • Develop, monitor and report of incentive payouts and attainment.

    • Assist in rolling-out a common performance tracking and review processes & tools for sales managers to manage the performance of sales reps. Ensure tools are easy to use for the end users.

    • Support the development of EMEA sales reps awards rankings.

    • Go to Market execution:

    • Gathers information, analyzes data and develops the territory design of countries under assigned area or responsibility following the agreed EMEA policies and framework

    • Ensures business strategy and vision gets translated into templates, systems and visibility

    • Partners with commercial, marketing, other functions on Sales Performance, Territory Design, Business reviews

    • Other duties might be assigned

    • Support and administer the new Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) tool (Varicent).

    • Maintain the usage of Varicent across EMEA.

    • Help with solving for data gaps, issues and Incentive cases requiring review.

    • Work closely with the countries to ensure data is correct.

    • Support in Data integration with ERP, HR tools (for payroll).

    • Supports in checking automated data vs local;

    • Maintain users enquiries; escalation point from Helpdesk

    • Responsible for monthly sales mapping, loading and checking in SOP, and update Varicent

    • Responsible for quarterly bonus calculation

    • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of quota / plan changes / leavers / new joiners from each EMEA country on Varicent tool

    What Will Make You Stand Out
    • BSc or MSc holder in the field of Data Science, data analytics, statistics, big data, engineering, public health or a comparable education.
    • Min 5 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness or Consulting in healthcare, preferably Orthopedics using a variety of data analysis, data mining methods and data tools. Also have experience in developing algorithms, developing and implementing models and creating and running simulations.
    • Knowledge of digital systems such as PowerBI, SAP, Salesforce.com
    • Experience with big data visualization tools such as Power BI and in presenting data in graph or pictorial format.
    • High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking/ consulting
    • Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems
    • Ability to work independently on strategic projects in a matrixed environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required to work with a diverse group of people
    • Creativity, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Has an entrepreneur mind-set and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasks
    • Passion for new technologies in healthcare, such as robotics or digital health technologies
    • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
    What Will Make You Successful
    • Proficiency with various programming languages such as Python, Java, C, R along with strong coding skills
    • Ability to clean and validate data to ensure uniformity and accuracy
    • Expertise in data mining and machine learning.
    • Deep understanding of IT systems, data warehousing and ETL.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Strong communication skills – both written and oral
