    About the role

    Here at Zimmer Biomet Bridgend we have a vacancy available for a Manufacturing Administrator with in the operations team. The role includes Working as part of the operations team, the primary responsibility will be to provide time and attendance administration support along with ad hoc administration support.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    • Approve all timecards on a weekly basis in Kronos ensuring all timecards are completed and approved for payroll.
    • Approval of holiday requests whilst referring to the manning schedule and abiding by the 1 in 3rd rule where required.
    • Keep accurate records of Payback shifts ensuring all are taken/paid back by agreed dates.
    • Creating Manning reports for Shift Supervisors ensuring holidays / sickness are updated on a daily basis.
    • Liaising with Shift leadership with regards to paperwork required in HR eg Reporting Line Changes, Temp Contract Extensions, Cost Centres etc
    • Notify HR of any employee sickness and record the absence in Kronos.
    • Day to day administration for the Department
    • Ordering of any consumables required in the manufacturing area
    • Control of all PPE issued to DL employees
    Expected Areas of Competence
    • Evidence of clear verbal and written communication.
    • Flexible in approach to work
    • Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Can work well with minimal supervision
    Education/Experience Requirements
    • Excellent IT literacy in Word and Excel essential
    • At least 5 years SAP experience
    • Advanced knowledge of time and attendance systems preferably Kronos
    • Should be self-motivated and have excellent organisation skills
    • Must be confident and able to prioritise workload and conflicting pressures
    • An analytical approach to problem solving together with the ability to interact effectively with staff and handle multiple tasks are essential
