With direction from the QA Management perform laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products in support of production requirements.

Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), USP, FDA and ISO guidelines
Calibration, maintenance and operation of lab instrumentation, including: balance, pipette, pH meter, ovens, and temperature chart recorder
Operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and computerized instruments such as HPLC, plate reader and microscopes, etc.
Perform precision laboratory work with set limits, tolerances, or standards. Output and test records should be accurate, neat, and complete.
Perform a variety of tasks and duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
Make good decisions and judgments based on measurable and verifiable data.
Use computer database and software to operate equipment and/or document results.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to accurately complete technical reports with minimal direction.
