Zimmer Biomet is now looking for a Rapid Recovery™ Consultancy Manager EMEA**.**
Rapid Recovery™ is an evidence-based program that combines fast-track surgery, process optimization and patient engagement. Rapid Recovery™ aims to optimize all aspects of patient care. Over the past 20 years, the program has delivered impactful and sustainable change across Europe, through multidisciplinary collaboration and clearly defined standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for the management and operational leadership of the Rapid Recovery™ team of consultants across EMEA.
Your main responsibilities:
- Management and day-to-day operational leadership of the Rapid Recovery™ team of consultants across EMEA ensuring delivery and reporting of the current sales and engagement pipeline across all geographies
- Evidence current and future patient pathway optimization activity/forecasting and elevate the sales & delivery model of the program
- Develop a governance structure, template and model thereby liaising with local finance teams to align on revenue flows
- Review the current proposition delivery model and propose solutions to enhance quality and efficiency of the program as well as improving the overall management consulting capability
- Closely collaborate with Health Economics colleagues within Zimmer Biomet to optimize Rapid Recovery™ Health economics and outcomes research, including health economic modelling and observational studies to generate clinical and/or economic evidence
- Communicate and promote internally and externally the Rapid Recovery™ program in order to enhance greater visibility of the outcomes achieved.
Education/Experience Requirements
Education
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Further education/ Masters in Healthcare or Healthcare economics is a plus
Professional experience
- Proven track record in dealing with operational or business finance topics, such as financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, cost and profitability analysis etc.
- 3-5 years professional experience in a consultancy company setting
- Good knowledge of hospital workflows and developments in healthcare economics
- Experience working at C-suite level
Special expertise
- Change -, Project Management experience
- Experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma is an advantage
- Outstanding analytical skills with strong business acumen
- Strong business writing skills
