For the successful deployment of Rapid Recovery™ Zimmer Biomet is looking for a Solution Consultant.

Responsibilities

Rapid Recovery™ is an evidence-based program that combines fast-track surgery, process optimization and patient engagement. Rapid Recovery™ aims to optimize all aspects of patient care. Over the past 20 years, the program has delivered impactful and sustainable change across Europe, through multidisciplinary collaboration and clearly defined standards.

In this position, you will be responsible for the implementation of the Rapid Recovery™ program in Belgian hospitals:

• Leading all project management work of the Rapid Recovery™ program, ensuring that the implementation delivers/exceeds Customer and ZB agreed goals
• Working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary hospital teams in order to create value for patients, hospitals and providers
• Optimizing inter-divisional collaboration and patient-centered integration of hospital treatment processes with the goal of improving quality and reducing costs
• Implementing programs, including training / coaching of the clinic staff, advice to the decision makers, moderation of multidisciplinary hospital teams, evaluation of the measures
• Constant learning and capture of best practice examples to further develop existing concepts
• Liaising with Sales Teams and Strategic Account Sales Teams as well as internal ZBEdge stakelholders
• The Solutions Consultant reports into the Rapid Recovery™ Consultancy Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree
• Good understanding and knowledge of the Belgian market in terms of market dynamics, market access, regulations and key decision makers
• Solid experience in working with multidisciplinary hospital teams; experience with Solutions is a major plus
• Convincing presentation skills
• Change Management experience
• Experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma
• Ability to influence others, and through strong organizational skills, handle complexity of large projects
• Ability to energize all levels of the organization in hospital accounts to deliver on goals and objectives
• Strong analytical capabilities, project management skills and drive to make things happen
• Perfect in Dutch and French language

Travel Requirements

This dynamic job position requires an ability and willingness to travel within Belgium.
