    Wonach wir suchen

    • Erfahrung in der Arbeit auf dem deutschen Markt

    • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch auf Muttersprachlerniveau

    • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Kanal-SaaS-/Cloud-/Plattformen.

    • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Geschäftsszenarien und Kapitalrendite

    • Erfahrung mit Conversational AI-, Event- und Employee Experience-Lösungen ist von Vorteil.

    • Erfahrung mit Lösungen, Services und Kanälen von Mitel und Avaya

    We're seeking a highly motivated Channel Business Development professional with experience
    developing partner relationships, building trust, and establishing credibility. This is a hunter role for
    new partnerships and strategic project initiatives for current partnerships that drive committed
    revenue. You should understand UCaaS and CCaaS based technology in terms of end-customer benefits, and
    channel/partner benefits to productise and proactively sell. As a curious and continuous learner, you'll use a consultative approach to build positive relationships with key stakeholders. Your success will be measured by aligning with partners' business motives.

    About the Team

    The channel team at Zoom works to expand the company's reach through partnerships with resellers, system integrators, and technology providers. They focus on driving growth by providing partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to sell and support Zoom's products. The team builds relationships to ensure smooth integration of Zoom's solutions into different markets. They also play a key role in executing go-to-market strategies, boosting market presence, and supporting global sales efforts to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

    What we're looking for

    • Experience in channel roles (Selling to, or working for), within Unified Communication and Contact Centre services.

    • Experience working in the German market

    • Experience communicating in German and English to a native speaker standard

    • Channel SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience.

    • Experience in creating business case return of investment

    • Experience with Conversational AI, Events, and Employee Experience solutions is beneficial.

    • Experience with Mitel and Avaya solutions, services and channels
