Position summary

m for large scale generation and analysis of autonomous driving scenarios for simulation

  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of our simulation-based safety validation and analysis pipeline

  • Work closely with various teams across the company, like Simulation, AI software, QA, and Validation, to realize Zoox's ambitious autonomous driving goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field

  • Expertise with large-scale Python projects

  • Great communication, cross-team collaboration skills, ability to work independently: self-motivated, inventive, organized and efficient

  • Background in machine learning, statistics, or data science

  • 5+ years' experience in a related field

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with database, data storage, data visualization, and data analytics systems

  • Professional experience working in C++, Kotlin and/or TypeScript

  • Experience in game development, traffic simulation, or motion planning, and relevant math skills like linear algebra and trigonometry

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $155,000 - $233,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
