HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE/VENDOR & CONTINGENT WORKFORCE

We seek a Human Resources Associate to join our recruiting programs team in either our Evanston or Princeton office. The HR Associate sits within the Recruiting Center of Excellence (COE) and will own a range of administrative, hiring coordination and operational tasks supporting our Talent Cloud team. The HR Associate ideally has experience across recruiting, vendor management, and/or direct sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Update and manage project plans to ensure all deadlines are met (tracking statuses of projects, outstanding tasks, follow-up with stakeholders, etc.);
• Assist with research and some groundwork for projects;
• Create compelling PowerPoints for internal use across various workstreams;
• Manage schedules and invites (training sessions, internal meetings);
• Manage and hire against requisitions for direct hire/contingent staffing needs;
• Forge relationships with hiring managers, plan and execute sourcing strategy, design interview process (if necessary), etc.;
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics, including candidate evaluation;
• Collect feedback from internal stake holders and contractors for process improvement;
• Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis;
• Coordinate the implementation of the Vendor Management System (Beeline);
• Streamline vendor management processes; own training and aid in designing process improvements;
• Assist with miscellaneous Recruiting COE projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred;
• Prior work experience in Recruiting, Staffing/Resource Management or Vendor Management required, HR experience preferred;
• Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook);
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail, dependability/punctuality;
• Ability to maintain confidential information, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
• Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines;
• Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment;
• Sense of humor appreciated.
