The BAYADA community of compassionate, collaborative caregivers is made up of many races, ethnicities, abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and ages. Our advisory groups of employees with common concerns and interests help guide companywide discussions and policy decisions and share perspectives that help us understand each other, form strong bonds, and discover new ways to be supportive allies.
We have five Employee Resource Councils: BAYADA Pride (LGBTQIA+), R.E.D. (Racial & Ethnic Diversity), W.I.L.L. (Women in Limitless Leadership), MILCOM (Military Community Network), and S.A.F.E (Solutions and Accessibility for Equality).
The mission of W.I.L.L (Women in Limitless Leadership): To empower and instill confidence in women to be change agents by providing support, opportunities, and open dialogue, leaning into the challenges that women face inside and outside BAYADA.
