Parental leave policy has gotten more generous. However, the big caveat is that pay gap still exists and it's unclear how seriously the company is taking that

Dow Jones increased maternity leave to 20 weeks, mostly paid! Dow Jones continues to focus on improving hiring qualified women in technology. Dow Jones has begun the Ignite program aimed at growing the leadership chops of up and coming women employees. Hopefully, we will see more women in the technology leadership team within the next year.
