This is a great company to work for. The overall culture is great, I align with the company values and the benefits are good. There is room for the company to make changes and the good thing is that I think the leaders are willing to listen.

This company is flexible, however it is not consistent across the entire company. The culture still needs to change especially for women with children.

This is still a software company with an "old boy" mentality. Women are making inroads, but it is slow. Women with experience with the company and industry are not sought out for input into decisions and it is hard to make people listen when decisions are not based on the customer base at times. There are some managers who will follow policy without thought of the employee or the issues being handled by women that could affect their work/life balance.

Flexibility depends greatly on your position as some have more flexible options than others. Also, certain times of the year are busie than others altering the flexibility of schedules.
