Great company, on the store level the quality of your STL (store manager) determines the quality of your experience. My first STL was supportive of me taking it easy at work but still expected long hours and for me to be available 24/7

ADP respects an integrated work life for both men and women. I was really impressed at the number of men that are able to get home to be with families too. We need to eliminate the stigma that you can't be successful and enjoy your family.

This is the longest tenure I have ever had in my career because I have had a number of amazing opportunities, gotten to work with incredibly smart people, been allowed to have a voice in strategic decisions and have had fun along the way. I love this company and want to be part of what makes us successful for years to come.

Flexibility in work hours ties to the level and type of role you have - folks that have to support clients on the phones naturally have less flexibility than those who are field base and manage their schedules around client needs. On the whole, I do believe the managers work with the associates to ensure flex time, work from home and time off are available when they are needed.

The C-suite at ADP has a very intentional approach to promoting diversity and ensuring our leadership reflects the overall population at our organization. Continue that focus and drive to ensuring we promote more women into senior leadership and I will gladly continue to drive value for our clients and associates everyday!
