Extremely sexist place. Groups within the department openly talk about not wanting female analysts on the team. I can count the number of mid-level women on one hand and they don't advance. No senior women to speak of. They are extremely proud of their frat culture and plan to stay that way. The guys are lewd and inappropriate. I don't feel comfortable going to any group social events. Unless you want to play the dumb sorority girl role, there is no place for you.
