There are a lot of women working in the private bank, but not a lot of new, younger moms. I think this is attributable to different evaluation methods and metrics that have been put in place over the past 5 years in addition to the lack of support that younger moms get from older more established women.

Women supportive all the way, after a while working here if you're good all your effort will be recognize and paid on: opportunities, new challenges, flexibility on your job as a new mom without sacrificing authority or the position you might have earn with time.
