Decent amount of women working here, some in management, though usually mid-level or below. I don't know about their maternity leave, but benefits weren't great, so I wouldn't bank on anything more than 6 weeks.

They do have lots of women in leadership roles not man roles with ppl of color though.

Company does not think family should come first. You should be able to rearrange your life at a drop of a hat to work more hours. Lots of over time and working short staffed.

I think depending on location/site, the company can be very diverse. Overall I think women are treated fairly. It does goes more homogeneous the higher up you go.
