Bonuses are far smaller than $10K. There needs to be a 0-$3K choice. Highest management levels are male-dominated. It's easier for men to get past mid-level.

The company gives great benefits for maternity leave. They take great consideration of you in terms of family emergencies. You're overall treated fairly assuming management isn't female and rather take advice from a male coworker with less experience, then I guess it's fair.

Overall its a great company. I get paid well and have good benefits. The only bad thing is how political it is. To move up or to be recognized is dependent on who you know. A new person really needs to make an impact to get noticed and the impact can't be something the leadership team dislikes.
