Maternity is generous, but finding time to pump throughout the day, and flexibility as far as working from home/telecommuting/leaving early isn't really there. Not a very family friendly work environment unless you're a manager or above, or you've been working there for years and years.

I've worked here for 5 years. Generally women are treated fairly here but there is a disparity in salaries for women and men.
