Women are treated unfairly compared to men, it is blatantly clear and there's no one to go to about it. Everyone turns a blind eye. Women work 10 times harder and do not receive the recognition or reward for their hard work. Men get paid and promoted faster than women

Employees on the front line are seen as expendable and how well you are treated varies widely depending on what branch you are working in.

Never took maternity leave, but knew quite a few co workers who did. Management constantly called them to see when they were coming back. Other women supervisors were very negative whenever a manager would announce pregnancy. No work to life balance with this company, all work all the time!

decent benefits and opportunity to grow. Big time pressure on sales though. Also very rigid/inflexible when it comes to certain things. However if you enjoy customer service and sales based jobs and you work well with strict structures then this is the job for you.

The first day I had a feeling maybe I should have refused the job offer. Don't doubt instincts. They are always on point.

Be strong, don't allow yourself to be walked all over. Don't work more than 45 hours per week.
