I can only speak to sales, but this is not a working mother friendly place.
  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. For the sales team, TrendKite's pay structure is very transparent which is great. However, TrendKite's executive team rewards self-promotional and aggressive behavior so to move up you have to swagger your way to the top. Numbers don't speak for themselves here.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Promote more women into leadership positions

Do NOT work in the DC office ever, it's full of misogyny. The SVP and one of the other VP's are best friends and say derogatory comments towards women in the workplace, treat them poorly, and even made me cry at one point.

Very strict about the 9-5 hours, picky about working from home depending on your manager, feel pressured by taking time off.
