I've seen other women who have gone on maternity leave and the transition seems easy. My office is good about flex time and work-life balance, but we keep getting the message that this is not the case university-wide. I haven't gone on my maternity leave yet, but I had to write this review in order to read other's experiences.

a lot of women work here but medicine remains a masculine field in a lot of ways. Also, I didn't see many options for flex work
