GE is a great place to work for a women. Truly believe in balance the equation and promote women for leadership roles. It is an intense company so the next step would be to develop more flexibility to improve the work life balance.

Very wonderful company that develops the team members and cares for their well-being. Has a quiet room set aside for nursing mothers, has a fitness center, wellness program (gives FitBits to all who join), great benefits!

Good company to work for as long as you are willing to put in long hours, Network, execute and impress the right people. If you are one of the favorites or have completed a leadership program you will get ahead. Minorities still have work to do to get promotions and equal pay.
