Many companies merged to form WTW, some had cultures that were more progressive than others. Strong I&D focus within the organziation, good flexibility and benefits, but still predominantly white-male in terms of leadership. Change is slow, but happening.

Fair amount of women in higher up management. Current CEO is female. If you want to "work as hard as a man" you'll get promoted at the same frequency!

depends on your assigned client as to how much flexibility you have. I have worked on clients where I HAD to be on-site 5 days a week, and I've been on clients were I work from home 3 days a week
  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Excellent place to be if you want to push forward in your career. Excellent maternity leave, and when returning, you aren't penalized in terms of the type of work/position you return to.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Improve work-life balance and policies (e.g. flex-time, limit face time)

It is not really accepted to turn down any project, also if this project involved a lot of travel.

Expect to travel a lot. Not many positions allow you to work from home or have a good work life balance.

Salesforce values equality and is very supportive of working mothers and parents. They are growing fast and changing fast which can cause growing pains.

I was in the China office, Beijing branch so things were somewhat different perhaps. As a consultant we didn't have amazing work life balance overall, however we did have quite a few working mothers who were able to stay on and continue with their work. Our workplace organized a lot of Women in Leadership activities and my boss was an amazing female leader, who provided great mentorship.

You get flex about an option like working from home but do not expect to move forward in your career at all. They will put you in a position and you never get out of it.
