We need to promote those not headquartered in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Remote work can achieve the same or more success as headquartered talent.

It's an exciting time for change and we're all eagerly anticipating the transition from an "old boys network" sales rep firm into a diverse media company

Flexibility has been an issue in the past. If you ask, they will try to accommodate, but sometimes you felt that everyone was judging. But we should have new flex-work policies coming in 2019 that will take the stigma off working remotely/flexible hours.

NCC is fair and I have never received prejudices for being female here. There are a lot of women in higher up positions.

Few opportunities for AE's to advance. AE's are rarely promoted to management from within the same office. Recent management openings have been filled without being posted. Management focus is on mentoring and advancing coordinators. AE's looking to advance need to change companies to do it.

Company has improved immensely since new CEO took over, but is sad that it's the first C suite position ever held by a women since it's inception. I think she is starting to bring the company into a modern age when it was previously a bit dated in its policies and practices, She is very open door which is amazing, best ideas should always win no matter who comes up with the idea and never before had people at the bottom had a voice, Culture has felt like an ego driven boys club on the management side of things but with new CEO things are changing for the good as her openness and desire to improve the company is flowing down the ranks and it's very promising.

Our individual office is very flexible with accommodating appointments etc but would be great to have option to work from home a day or two each week to avoid commuting time and if you have sick kids etc. I think our team is great at knowing and trusting that we are getting all of our work done.

I think that this is a great work environment, where everyone really gets to know each other and we become a sort of family in certain departments. We have over the past few years made some great improvements to the benefits and culture here at NCC and it is quickly growing into a great company for women to want to work at.
