Celebrates life milestones and generally values family; however, a lack of work life balance is also sometimes celebrated.

Maybe. Not always a great work/life balance and leave is not much. However, it is very flexible in hours and working from home as needed. There are women in leadership; however, not all are helpful to other women.

Your happiness with this company depends on the manager you work with and the team you have. If you manager isn’t knowledgeable, or flexible it makes life harder. I’m very lucky to currently have a manager that rewards us with a work life balance! It probably helps since she has littles ones herself.

It really depends on who is your manager.

Maybe. I’m not too sure about how they react with women going on maternity leave. It doesn’t seem as welcoming at the moment with the little chatter around of who may or may not be pregnant.

We need to promote those not headquartered in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Remote work can achieve the same or more success as headquartered talent.

Flexibility has been an issue in the past. If you ask, they will try to accommodate, but sometimes you felt that everyone was judging. But we should have new flex-work policies coming in 2019 that will take the stigma off working remotely/flexible hours.

NCC is fair and I have never received prejudices for being female here. There are a lot of women in higher up positions.

Few opportunities for AE's to advance. AE's are rarely promoted to management from within the same office. Recent management openings have been filled without being posted. Management focus is on mentoring and advancing coordinators. AE's looking to advance need to change companies to do it.
