In my 25 years of professional experience this has been the most progressive and flexible employer I've had. I've really enjoyed working at Capital One for the last 6 years. I've gone through some major life changes in that time and they've been nothing but supportive. The work is also very interesting in that they challenge you to think beyond the norm.

I'm an exempt employee in a professional individual contributor role and find that I have a lot of flexibility. Those in non-exempt roles (particularly call center) may not have as much flexibility but from what I understand our policies in the call centers are fairly progressive compared to others.

ZS

Associate Principal, Marketing

January 1970

ZS believes in a merit base advancement and they walk the talk for the most part. However, unconscious bias plays into all of our daily lives; but as an organization they are addressing bias actively. ZS has a very active group of woman and men working on the importance of a diverse community and supporting issues that women face in the workplace.

The culture is unique - in a very positive sense: Everything is possible, ideas are valued and when showing strong performance on client work, all doors are open - even and especially for women!

Outcomes focused, rather than process focused. It's about your results and not face times or meaningless metrics

It's not the policies which make flex work, it is the people. And there are great people at ZS
