To be successful you likely have to compromise your beliefs and play up your sexuality if you want to have a career or get promoted.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. I would only recommend a woman to this company after disclosing the organization is run like a boys club and you have to use the leverage we have as women in a male dominated environment to be successful.

Canada Dry

Branch Manager, Administrative

Very male dominated, no room for growth, have never had women in real leadership positions. It does not allow for a good work/life balance. One is expected to work from 8-16 hours in any given day, without notice.

Wells Fargo

Branch Manager, Community Banking

I worked for Wells Fargo for 7 years. The branches i worked in were staffed by almost all women. Executive management is still mostly men, but that's the case in almost any large financial institution. Branch management positions are demanding and don't make a lot of accommodations for family/work balance.

Madam BranchManager

Once you work for the company for five years you receive up to two weeks of maternity leave prior to your delivery date and then eight weeks after your delivery with 100% of your pay, prior to your five year mark you receive the same paid time off but you only receive 80% of your pay. You are eligible to take UP TO 12 weeks (including your paid time off) with FMLA. Many women in high positions and given opportunities to advance but I feel that there is a little bias in the pay scales for individuals that have been with the company for several years, especially as a woman.
