There is a daycare and a medical clinic on site. To me, those were huge benefits. I could go down and see my children on breaks. It's a typical cruise line environment. It is a bit difficult to advance.

Terex is definitely making strides to improve work life balance. They have recently implemented paid maternity leave and up to 2 weeks of pay to take care of a family member when on FMLA. They also just started a pilot program for flexible work schedules and work from home options.

Catty and clicky. Some female leaders will not recognize your talent or help you grow professionally. Everyone else will look the other way if you are mistreated.
